Talroo is honored to be named one of Austin American-Statesman’s 2022 Top Workplaces! Talroo ranked No. 2 among mid-sized employers in the American-Statesman’s 2022 Top Workplaces of Greater Austin project. For the 13th consecutive year, the project identifies the best places to work in the Austin metro area based on employee feedback. Based on the 2022 survey results, the companies that earned the highest marks from their employees value their workers as individuals, allow for a reasonable work-life balance, and provide opportunities to learn new skills and grow into larger roles.

When interviewed by the American-Statesman, Dan Gladwell, Talroo’s director of growth, said it was evident while interviewing that Talroo was a place where company leaders genuinely care about who Talroo employees are as people.

“They have a lot of great mentorship and onboarding and everything but we’re able to contribute right away,” Gladwell said. “I felt like a very important team member from day one.”

Talroo offers competitive salaries, paid sick time, paid vacation, paid company holidays, 100% company-paid healthcare premiums, 401(k) retirement plans with 3% employer contribution, health saving accounts, generous maternity and paternity leave, free gym memberships, daily catered lunches, and more. In addition to perks, Talroo provides a unique culture of transparency and growth.

“I think we really enjoy spending time together and getting to know each other and so that really helps when one of us is having a rough week or anything like that, it really helps,” Gladwell said. “Everyone is motivated to help each other and pick up slack as needed and also be there for each other and help each other get better and improve.”
